Summer Picnic

Our first annual (can there be a first annual?) summer picnic. This will be a potluck lunch held at the community center in Rich Leach's neighborhood. This is nothing more than getting together for some good laughs, good food and meeting other members. There is a little park right next door so make sure you bring the family. There is also a swimming pool if you want to go in for a dip. And yes, there is AC.

there is a small kitchen in the clubhouse and the event starts at 11 am. I like the location cause its 5 minuites from my house

I will bring the fixins for the burgs and dogs and napkins.

I want to bring what we need and what people want so regarding fixins...are you talking about buns, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, jalapenos, ketchup, mustard, mayo, chili??

Is there going to be a kitchen of some sort to work with?

The wife and I will be bringing the kids (5 people total). We are thinking a desert option, not sure exactly what. Also we will most likely bring some soda / lemonade for beverages. We have some leftover plates and such from the July 4th gathering we had, so we will bring them too. What time does this little event kick off?

I talked to Rich Leach, he is going to grill up some burgers and dogs. He is also providing drinks.

Instead of another entree, how about bringing some fixins for the burgs. and dogs? Oh, as well as the napkins. I think your estimate of attendees is right on.

We might need another couple of entrees.

I am bringing paper plates. Can someone bring napkins and another bring utensils?
